Who Are we?
Frasers Bichons is dedicated to breeding high quality, happy, and healthy puppies. Growing up, we had Bichons. As a family, we chose the Bichon Frise breed since they were hypoallergenic as Jason had severe allergies. Our first Bichon was a silly pup name Brutus who had more personality than could fit in his body. As soon as we got Brutus, we fell in love with the breed.

Teddy
Teddy is a pup who lives life at 100% every single moment—there’s simply no in-between for him. Whether he’s tearing around the yard in a blur of excitement or lounging in the sun with a chew toy, he does it all with unshakable enthusiasm and tail-wagging energy. Teddy is also incredibly social—he thrives on making new friends, whether they walk on two legs or four. People, dogs, maybe even the occasional curious cat—everyone is a potential playmate or cuddle buddy in Teddy’s world. His zest for life is infectious, and being around him guarantees a good time and a few laughs
Penny Royal
Penny firmly believes she is the undisputed queen of the family—and honestly, she might be right. With a regal stare and a confident strut, she keeps everyone in line, including the ever-energetic Teddy, who has yet to learn not to cross her. She’s the kind of pup who doesn’t just walk into a room—she owns it. Penny has a taste for the finer things in life, like cruising in the car like royalty surveying her kingdom. She adores trips to the park, where she can show off her grace and charm while still indulging her playful side. And when it’s time to relax, nothing beats a good belly rub—preferably delivered on demand, as any proper queen would expect.
